Ans : An experiment to show light travels in a straight path: 1.Take a long cardboard tube or a hollow cylindrical object, such as a paper towel tube. 2.Place a lit candle at one end of the tube. 3.Look through the other end of the tube, lining up your line of sight with the candle flame. 4.You will notice that you can see the flame directly through the tube without any obstruction or bending of the light. 5.When the tube is bent the candle cannot be seen which shows that light travels in a straight path.
