| Ans : Black colored objects have more heat absorption capacity while white colored objects have less heat absorption capacity. For this reason, white clothes are usually worn in hot places, while black or dark clothes are appropriate in cold places. Similarly, black color is painted on the surface of the solar heater so that the light coming from the sun can be absorbed more. In order to cook food quickly and also to save fuel, the outside of the cooking vessel is often made black.
