| Ans : Multiples of units are larger values of a particular unit obtained by multiplying it by powers of 10, such as kilo- (1000). Submultiples of units are smaller values of a particular unit obtained by dividing it by powers of 10, such as milli- (1/1000), centi-(1/100).
