Ans : Imagine you are sitting in a moving car. From your perspective inside the car, you may feel at rest because you are not changing your position relative to the car's interior. However, if someone outside the car sees you passing by, they would perceive you as being in motion along with the car. So, whether you are considered at rest or in motion depends on the frame of reference: inside the car or outside the car.
