| Ans : The digestive process begins in the mouth with chewing and mixing food with saliva, continues in the stomach where food is further broken down by stomach acid and enzymes, and then continues in the small intestine where enzymes from the pancreas and bile from the liver help break down nutrients for absorption into the bloodstream.
